Let us tell you about ourselves and why we started this incredible and life changing community and coaching program, Men of Bedrock.
My friend, we’re just like you. As men, business owners, husbands and fathers we aspire to be the best we can be but that hasn’t been an easy process.
In fact, at times it’s been downright brutal.
Vince is older, so let’s start there.
In many ways, Vince has achieved extraordinary success, first as the “Skinny Guy Savior” and then as the CEO and founder of The 7 Figure Mastermind. In that time, Vince has helped thousands of men transform their bodies and then transferred his expertise and experience to helping countless fitness coaches build their own thriving online businesses.
But that success hasn’t come without challenges. Like all of us, Vince has struggled to balance work, personal fitness and family life in a way that made him feel as if he wasn’t leading himself, his business and his family well.
Last year, these pressures led Vince to cope by binge eating, drinking a bottle of wine every night, withdrawing from his family, and struggling with imposter syndrome, which led to self sabotage.
He wasn’t floundering, but he definitely wasn’t flourishing.
In January of 2022, Vince’s business coach called him out on his behavior: “Vince, I know what the problem is; you have to get rid of that gut.”
Like so many men, Vince’s extra 25 pounds was evidence of compromise: staying up too late, drinking too much, not being emotionally present with his family.
Those compromises got to the heart of who he was as a man.
This is when Vince reached out to his brother Adrian and a small group of men, rallying them to all complete the 75 Hard Program together.
Adrian, a teacher, podcaster and executive director of a local charity, immediately agreed to the idea. Although Adrian was already dialed in to a different fitness plan, his motivation for that program was waning and he felt himself compromising on daily habits that should have been locked in already.
For Adrian, the idea of doing something together with Vince– something that they hadn’t ever done before– is what also drove him. Yes, Adrian was getting pretty good results on his own but, to truly level up, would require a commitment to this group.
So…for 75 days, we suffered together.
Two workouts a day, no cheat days, reading multiple books, cold showers…the whole thing.
Over the next 11 weeks, something happened. While we both experienced exceptional physical transformations (check our pics above), it was the mental clarity, emotional capacity, escaping from vices and eliminating self negotiation and inner confidence that was more significant.
We stopped compromising on our alarm clocks or what we ate or drank. We stopped complaining when work life didn’t go as planned. We stopped trying to win the “I’m busier than you” Olympics.
Instead, we embraced the pain. We held each other accountable. And we found the footing we needed to lead our families well.
It was during these days together that we wrote the first Men of Bedrock program.
The program emphasized all of the daily disciplines that we were living. Using the last hour of the day as a launching pad. Owning the morning by waking up early and stacking wins. Crushing heavy lifts. Sticking with our nutritional plan.
But then we added daily habits from leading your family well: filling your kids’ emotional tanks, serving your wife daily and building a family mission statement.
We’re just as tactical with our family habits as we are with the fitness ones. We didn’t leave anything to motivation or chance.
We built a full year of transformation– body, heart and mind. This is your one stop shop for everything necessary to become the man your family needs you to be.
And, most significantly, we’re doing it in community with a few other men.
That’s how we got the results we did. That’s how we found our solid footing. That’s how we became bedrock.

It is the step-by-step blueprint for rebuilding your body, reclaiming your days and reinventing your life.
Are you ready?
In the first four months, you will climb the first Peak of Purpose: Build Your Body. By establishing high impact habits you will optimize every hour between 5pm and 9am. You will use the last hour of the day as a launching pad for tomorrow and surge out of bed each morning with conviction and purpose. You will lift heavy weights and achieve self-mastery of your nutrition, achieving epic fat loss and muscle gains. By the end of this peak, you will be itching for more.
That’s good, because the second peak– Grow Your Heart– will add a set of habits that will allow your family to thrive. You will purposefully guide your family to establish a daily meal together, 1-on-1 time for each of your children and a weekly Date Night with your spouse. You will lead your family in creating a Family Mission Statement, a set of shared values that will guide you for the rest of your lives. You will also continue crushing all of the routines you established in the Build Your Body. Those are the new you.
Only the most committed men will climb the final peak. But it is this Know Yourself phase that will truly forge you into the rock-solid man that you were meant to be. Through extremely hard physical training– you’re going to be ripped by the end of this– and even deeper inner work, you will eradicate any remaining self-limiting beliefs that are still holding you back. By the end of the year, you will stand firm as a man of bedrock: stoic, strong and disciplined. Forged forever.

Each four month phase comes with its own specific program for your fat loss and muscle gain goals.
